No, there are no kung fu practitioners who are good MMA fighters, or "cage fighter", but there's a guy named Cung Lee, who's a very good Sanda practitioner, and Sanda is a kung-fu derivative. Cung Lee is currently pretty good in MMA.

On the Kung fu question I would say no as all the Kung Fu arts I know are stand up fighters and are out classed once on the ground.
