What's the name of an arcade game (versus fighting genre) very popular in the 80s,with 4 playable characters?

The 4 Playable Characters are:


1.A White Guy (should be Jack) - Capable of Blue Color Punch


2.A Black Guy (should be Smith) - Capable of Multi Punches


3.A Fat Guy (should be Joe) - Strong but Clumsy


4.A Chinese (should be Lee Chin) - Chinese Kung Fu!





To begin with,you as a player can choose any of the 4 characters above and fight the other 3.





Once these 3 characters are defeated,you will play a boss in a bar (dressed in pink color),whose name might be Coolio,he is a good fighter who can also wield a powerful iron chain,pretty tough to beat.





If this boss is beaten, the next fighter you'll face is your twin brother! (basically same character but different color tone)





Some of the stages are fought on 2D space(like Street Fighter),while some are pseudo-3D,where players can move about on a horizontal surface (like Double Dragon),he can even pick things (wooden boxes or beer barrels) up from ground and throw them at opponents!!
